*We recommend bringing photos or simple mementos that you would be okay to leave, release, or let go of - you might wish to use photocopies of the photos. Many people bring a small amount of ashes. Please know scattering ashes is not legal in many public places. I won’t tell. ❤️

If you do not wish to [or cannot] leave any of your own items in nature this Workshop is just as powerful and meaningful working with natural elements found during the Gathering and Walking time.

**Please check that if you leave anything in your chosen location that you will not be “littering” and make sure any flowers, plants, or petals you assemble are non toxic to animals. I find sourcing along the way from indigenous plants and flowers is best and adding roses and rose petals is usually safe. I love this list compiled by the ASPCA about toxic / non-toxic plants so you can check before using.

We grieve our Loved Ones individually - even if we lost them at the same time - so this workshop is designed to be about honoring and grieving one Loved One (human or pet) at a time but you can repeat the process again for each Loved One you wish to honor.
