Creating a ritual and a home altar helps our brains [looking at you hippocampus] find connection and some safety in the free fall that can occur after loss.

This special Workshop - set to welcome in the Dias de los Muertos [Day of the Dead] and All Saints Day - celebrations of Loved Ones who have passed that enriches our connection to them using altars and places of connection.
