How soon does my order ship?
We understand grief support needs to act and look different than other mail! We send out a beautiful notification card so they know to expect their first mailer to get your compassionate care in the hands of your Recipient asap. After the initial mailing, subsequent pieces ship out on the 1st of each month.
Is each mailing different?
Yes! Each mailing is a unique expression of support., comfort and care. Sometimes the mailings offer a relevant seasonal perspective to help support your griever with the times. Check out some of our previous month’s mailers in The Archive.
How long can I send my support to someone?
As long as you wish. Love never dies and neither does the need for caring, and compassionate and respectful, acknowledgment of loss. Your Grievers need to know you care long past the funeral.
May I get this for myself?
Absolutely!! Please let us know if this is for you personally so we can craft your shipments just for you.
Can you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship from beautiful Southern California so Domestic means within USA. International shipping is an option it just costs a little more to send your care around the world.
What if my recipient has had numerous losses? In grief support we usually recommend that grievers navigate their grief one loss at a time - unless the loss was at one time - you may consider sending condolences for a most recent or most profound loss, as opposed to trying to 'bundle' losses. Feel free to add a short custom message to the card and let us know about an history of other losses so we can add a little special extra in for you.
Can I pick the dates or add anything to shipment?
We wish we could do date-specific mailings, but with all our subscriptions we have to keep on our shipping timeline. You may want to look at our other gifts in our sympathy gift collection to send something for specific dates like birthdays, thanoversaries [anniversary of passing] or anniversaries that need extra loving support.
